New Hampshire has 54 census tracts eligible for OZ 2.0 nomination under OBBBA's updated low-income community criteria. Under the 25% federal cap, the state may nominate up to 25 tracts.
As of the last review date above, New Hampshire's lead agency has not yet published a formal public OZ 2.0 selection process, eligibility mapping tool, or community nomination window. New Hampshire's governor has until September 28, 2026 (with a single 30-day extension available through October 28, 2026) to submit nominations to the U.S. Treasury.
