Pennsylvania OZ 2.0 Selection Process

Pennsylvania has 866 census tracts eligible for OZ 2.0 nomination under OBBBA's updated low-income community criteria. Under the 25% federal cap, the state may nominate up to 217 tracts.

As of the last review date above, Pennsylvania's lead agency has not yet published a formal public OZ 2.0 selection process, eligibility mapping tool, or community nomination window. Governor the state's governor has until September 29, 2026 (with a single 30-day extension available through October 29, 2026) to submit nominations to the U.S. Treasury.
